How do I upload pictures and videos?
Pictures and videos are uploaded as you submit a classified. Click on ?Submit Classified? in the main navigation. At the bottom of the submit page there is a box to upload pictures and video. Click the ?Browse File? button and it will ask you to locate the picture or video on your computer. Once you have uploaded all your pictures, click the submit button. If you make a mistake you will need to exit and resubmit.
How many photos and/or videos can I upload?
You can upload up to 3 photos or 1 video and 2 photos.
Classified advertisers may advertise up to 3 items.
What length video can I upload?
Maximum 60 seconds.
What video formats can I upload?
Almost all common video formats are supported.
How can I improve the quality of my photos and videos?
It is best o keep your videos short and to the point. Speak clearly and keep the camera steady.

How do I edit my ad?
Go to ?My Account? in the top navigation, then click ?Edit? next to the classified you want to edit. From here you can change your ad as much as you like. You will not be able to change the product title.
How do I remove my ad?
Go to ?My Accounts? in the top navigation, then click ?remove? which is placed next to each classified you have submitted.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click ?Login? in the top navigation, and then click on ?Forgot Password?? which is located in the ?Existing Members Login? box on the left.
How long before my ad is activated?
Picture ads will be activated and on the screen within about 2 ? 3 minutes; video ads may take a little longer.
How long is my ad displayed?
Private classified ads will be displayed for 60 days, but after the first 30 days you will be sent an email, which will invite you to reactivate your ad for a further 30 days.
Business display ads are free for the first 6 months then $10.00 per month for 12 months. After 6 months we will request a direct debit form be signed which will be emailed to you.
